• To send reminders and daily digests
• To improve the Service through anonymized usage analysis

3. AI Processing

Your conversations and business data are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We use these services to power the assistant's capabilities including natural language understanding, document generation, and voice transcription.

We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties. Data is shared only with:

• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing conversations and voice notes
• Infrastructure providers (Supabase, messaging platforms) for service operation

Your data is stored in Supabase with encryption at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
