By accessing or using OpenClawCompany ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your business to use the Service.

3. Service Description

OpenClawCompany provides an AI-powered office assistant for construction and trades businesses via messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram). The Service includes estimate and invoice generation, job tracking, customer management, reminders, and related business tools.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service uses third-party AI providers including Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (Whisper). Their respective terms of service also apply to your use of features powered by their technology.

5. Data and Security

Do NOT share sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, or credit card numbers with the assistant. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, the Service communicates via third-party messaging platforms and AI providers.

6. AI-Generated Content

Estimates, invoices, and other documents generated by the Service are created using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy before sending to customers. OpenClawCompany is not responsible for errors in AI-generated estimates, invoices, or communications.

7. Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage data to improve the Service. This includes aggregate patterns of feature usage, tool performance metrics, and general interaction patterns. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClawCompany shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenClawCompany from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
